Returns & Warranty

Returns: We offer a 30 day return policy should you wish to return any UNUSED item for exchange or refund. Please note that items must be returned at your own cost, in original packaging and an unused condition. 

Refunds will be processed for the amount paid for the unit, less the shipping amount listed on our Shipping Information page. 

Warranty: If you are looking to process a warranty, by filling out the form below you confirm that your item is within its warranty period. This information can be found in the manual received with your Stegga product.

Once your request for a return or warranty has been processed you will be asked to supply images of the product and your receipt.

(We can only manage returns and warranties for items purchased directly through the Stegga website. If purchased from elsewhere, you must contact the store directly).

We aim to reply to all requests within 24 - 72 working hours.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any postage costs for returns.
