International Delivery

CUSTOMS CHARGES, IMPORT FEES AND TARIFFS.

International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. These costs are NOT included in the shipping costs you pay when you place your order with us. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Stegga cannot provide information about these fees. Please contact your customs office for detailed information. If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy it, you will not be entitled to a refund. If they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.

When will you ship my order?

 

Please note that our cut off time for orders to be dispatched the same business day is 12pm. All orders placed after these times will aim to be dispatched the following business day.

 

We try our best to dispatch all orders within 1 business day, however during busy periods please be aware that this may take slightly longer. This means that if you place your order during the weekend, we will aim to ship on Monday or the next available business day. Unfortunately we don’t ship on Saturdays or Sundays at the moment.

 

If you place your order after 12.00pm on a Friday or anytime on Saturday, Sunday or a *Bank Holiday Monday, please be prepared for this to ship on Monday / *Tuesday, with very earliest delivery day of Tuesday / *Wednesday.

 

Any orders which are cancelled after the daily cut off time may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
